VIKTORIA LOUISE offers free world wide shipping on all orders. In turn, we ask our customers to take care of returns and exchanges themselves.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you can request a return 14 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Personalized items and gift cards are non-returnable. Otherwise, all products can be returned as long as the above rules are observed.
exchange
For an exchange, please contact we.care@viktorialouise.de directly and tell us your order number and which products you would like exchanged in which size / color.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
